Jumbi
1. Turn left 90° into a left short front stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a left low block (Arae Makki).
2. Step forward into a right short front stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a right middle punch (Momtong Jireugi)
3. Turn the body to the right 180° into a right short front stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a right low block (Arae Makki)
4. Step forward into a left short front stance (Wen Ap Seogi), ) and execute a left middle punch (Momtong Jireugi)
5. Turn left 90° into a left long front stance (Wen Ap Gubi) and execute a left low block (Arae Makki).
6. Remaining in front stance execute a right middle reverse punch (Momtong Bandae Jireugi).
7. Turn right 90° step into a right short front stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a left middle block (Momtong An Makkii).
8. Step forward into a left short front stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a right middle punch (Momtong Jireugi).
9. Turn left 180° and step into a left short front stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a left middle block (Momtong An Makkii).
10. Step forward into a right short front stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a left middle punch (Momtong Jireugi).
11. Turn right 90° into a right long front stance (Oreun Ap Gubi) and execute a right low block (Arae Makki).
12. Remaining in front stance execute a left middle reverse punch (Momtong Bandae Jireugi)
13. Turn left 90° and step into a left short front stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a left face block (Eolgool Makki).
14. Do a right front kick (Ap Chagi) and step into a right short front stance (Oreun Ap Soegi) and execute a right middle punch (Momtong Jireugi).
15. Turn the body to the right 180° and move into a right short front stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a right face block (Eolgool Makki)
16. Do a left front kick (Ap Chagi) and step into a left short front stance (Wen Ap Soegi) and execute a left middle punch (Momtong Jireugi)).
17. Turn left 90° into a left long front stance (Wen Ap Gubi) and exrecute a left low block (Arae Makki).
18. Step forward into a right long front stance (Oreun Ap Gubi) and execute a right middle punch (Momtong Jireugi) and Kiap!.
