1. Turn 90° left into Left Front Stance, execute a Left Hand Low Block.
2. Bring your left foot back with face turned to the left and rapidly execute a Left Hammer Fist Strike.
3. Turn 180° right into Right Front Stance, execute a Right Hand Low Section Block.
4. Bring your right foot back with face turned to the right and execute a Right Hammer Fist Strike.
5. Slide your left foot forward into Left Front Stance executing a Left-Hand Mid Section Block
(outside to inside) then a Right-Hand Mid Section Block(outside to inside).
6. Right Front Kick stepping forward into a Right Front Stance executing a Right Back Fist Strike
to the face then a Left-Hand Middle Section Block.
7. Left Front Kick stepping forward into a Left Front Stance executing a Left Back Fist Strike
to the face then a Right-Hand Middle Section Block .
8. Step forward with your right foot into a Right Front Stance, execute a Right Back Fist Strike
to the face.
9. Turn 270° left into a Left Back Stance, execute a Left Single Knife-Hand Middle Section Block
10. Step forward into a Right Front Stance, executing a Middle-Section Right Elbow Strike.
(left hand holds right back fist)
11. Turn 180° right into a Right Back Stance and execute a Right Single Knife-Hand Middle Section Block.
12. Step forward into a Left Front Stance executing a Middle-Section Left Elbow Strike.
(right hand holds left back first)
13. Turn 90° left into a Left Front Stance executing a Left-hand Low Block followed by a Right-Hand
Middle Section Block (outside to inside)
14. Right Front Kick, step forward with your right foot into a Right Stance executing a
Right-Hand Low Section Block then a Left-Hand Middle Section Block (outside to inside).
15. Turn 90° left into a Left Front Stance executing a Front Left-Hand High Section Block.
16. Right Side Kick, step down into a Right Front Stance, execute a Middle-Section Left Elbow Strike.

17. Turn 180° right into a Right Front Stance executing a Right-Hand High Section Block.
18. Left Side Kick, step down into a Left Front Stance, execute a Middle-Section Right Elbow Strike .

19. Turn 90° left into a Left Front Stance, execute a Left-Hand Low Section Block followed by
a Right-Hand Middle Section Block (outside to inside).
20. Right Front Kick, step forward with your right foot assuming a Right Cross Stance while rapidly
executing a Right Back Fist Strike to the face and KIAP!
While turning your body 180° to the left, pivot to the left on the ball of your right foot and
slide your left foot around behind the right foot into a Ready Stance
