1. Slide left foot forward into a Left Back Stance executing a Left-Hand Middle Block, palm out with the right hand assisting (palm up), Slide left foot into Left Front Stance and execute a Reverse Right-Hand Middle Punch.
2. Jumping Front Kick and KIAP!. Step down with left foot into a Left Front Stance executing a Left-Hand Mid Section Block and in the Left Front Stance execute a Reverse Right-Hand Mid Section Punch followed by a Left-Hand Mid Section Punch.
3. Slide right foot forward into a Right Front Stance while executing a Right-Hand Mid Section Punch.
4. Turn 180° left into a Right Front Stance and execute a Single Mountain Block (Right-Hand High Section Side Block, Left-Hand Low Section Side Block)
5. Turn 90° left sliding into a Left Front Stance while pulling your left fist in toward your right shoulder and pulling your right fist downward before executing a slow motion right uppercut.
6. Turn 90° right, into a Cross Stance before moving your right foot sideways into a Left Front Stance and execute a Single Mountain Block.
7. Turn 90° right sliding into a Right Front Stance while pulling your right fist in toward your left shoulder and pulling your left fist downward before executing a slow motion left uppercut.
8. Turn 270° left into a Left Back Stance and simultaneously executing a Left-Hand Mid Section Block.
9. Slide
foot slightly into Left Front Stance while executing a Reverse Right-Hand Middle Punch

10. Right Front Kick, bring back your right foot to the initial position and slide one step backward with your left foot into a Right Cat Stance executing a Right Palm-Heel Mid Section Block
11. Turn
your face 90° to the left into a Left Cat Stance executing a Left Knife-Hand Mid Section Block.

12. Front Kick, step forward with your left foot into a Left Front Stance while executing a Reverse Right-Hand Mid Section Punch.
13. Slide left foot backward into a Left Cat Stance executing a Left Palm-Heel Mid Section Block.
14. Turn 180° right into a Right Cat Stance and execute a Right Knife-Hand Mid Section Block.
15. Right Front Kick, step forward with your right foot into a Right Front Stance executing a Reverse Left-Hand Mid Section Punch.
16. Slide your right foot backward into a Right Cat Stance executing a Right Palm-Heel Mid Section Block.
17. Turn 90° right into Right Back Stance executing a Right Double-Hand Low Section Block with left hand assisting (palm up).
18. Front Kick followed by a Right Jumping Front Kick (while left foot is still in the air). Step down with your right foot into a Right Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand Mid Section Block followed by a Reverse Left-Hand Mid Section Punch and KIAP!
19. Turn 270° left into a Left Back Stance while executing a Left Single-Hand Mid Section Block.
20.Slide your left foot forward into a Left Front Stance while executing a Right Elbow Strike followed by (see step 21).
21. Still in your Left Front Stance execute a Right Back Fist Strike to the face immediately followed by a Left-Hand Mid Section Punch.
22. Turn your body 180L to the right into a Right Back Stance while executing a Right Single Knife-Hand Mid Section Block.
23. Slide your right foot forward assuming a Right Front Stance while executing a Left Elbow Strike quickly followed by (see step 24).
24. Remain in the Right Front Stance and execute a Left Back Fist Strike to the face immediately followed by a Right-Hand Mid Section Punch.
Turn your body 90° to the left into a Ready Stance.
