Taegeuk Sa Jang Junmbi.
1. Turn left 90° into a left back stance (Wen Dwit Gubi) and execute a left double knife hand block (Sonnal Momtong Makki).
2. Step forward into a right front stance (Oreun Ap Gubi) and execute a right spear hand strike (Pyomsonkkeut Seotzireugi) (Open left hand , palm down under right elbow).
3. Turn 180° right into a right back stance (Oreun Dwit Gubi) and execute a right double knife hand block (Sonnal Momtong Makki).
4. Step forward into a Wen Ap Gubi (left front stance), left Pyomsonkkeut Seotzireugi (spear hand strike) (Open right hand , palm down under left elbow).
5. Turn 90° left into a left long front stance (Wen Ap Gubi) and execute a left Knife hand face block with a right knife hand strike to neck (Sonnal Mok Chigi).
6. Do a right front kick (Ap Chagi) and step down into a right front long stance (Oreun Ap Gubi) and execute a reverse left hand middle punch (Momtong Jireugi).
7. Do a left side kick (Yop Chagi).
8. Do a right side kick (Yop Chagi) and step down into a right back stance (Oeun Dwit Gubi) and execute a right double knife hand block (Sonnal Momtong Makki).
9. Turn 270° left into a left back stance (Wen Dwit Gubi) and execute a left body block (Momtong Bakkat Makki ).
10. Do a right front kick (Ap Chagi) bring right foot back to return to left back stance and execute a left body inner block (Momtong An Makki)
11. Turn 180° right into a right back stance (Oreun Dwit Gubi) and execute a right middle outer block (Momtong Bakkat Makki).
12. Do a left front kick (Ap Chagi) bring left foot back to return to right back stance and execute a right body inner block (Momtong An Makki)
13. Turn 90° left into into a left front stance (Wen Ap Gubi) and execute a left Knife hand face block and right knife hand strike to the neck.
14. Do a right front kick (Ap Chagi) and step down into a right front stance (Oreun Ap Gubi) and execute a right high backfist to face (Deungjumok Olgul Ap Chigi).
15. Turn 90° left into a left walking stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a left body block (Momtong Makki).
16. Then execute a right reverse body punch (Momtong Jireugi).
17. Turn 180° to the right into a right walking stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a right body block (Momtong Makki).
18. Then execute a left reverse body punch (Momtong Jireugi).
19. Turn 90° left into a left front stance (Wen Ap Gubi) and execute a left body block (Momtong Makki) followed by a double body punch (Momtong Dubeon Jireugi).
20. Slide right foot forward into a right front stance (Oreun Ap Gubi) and execute a right body block (Momtong Makki) followed by a double body punch (Momtong Dubeon Jireugi) and KIAP!
