1. Turn left 90° into a left short front stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a left low block (Arae-Makki).
2. Do a right front kick (Ap Chagi) and step down into a right front stance (Oreun Ap Gubi) then execute a middle double punch (Momtong Dubeon Jireugi)
3. Turn right 180° into a right short front stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a right low block (Arae Makki).
4. Do a left front kick (Ap Chagi) and step down into a left front stance (Wen Ap Gubi), then execute a middle double punch (Momtong Dubeon Jireugi)
5. Turn left 90° into left short front stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a right knife hand strike (Sonnal Mok Chigi).
6. Step forward into right short front stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a left knife hand strike (Sonnal Mok Chigi).
7. Turn left 90° into a left back stance (Wen Dwit Gubi and left single knifehand block (Hansonnal Momtong Yop-Makki).
8. Move left foot into left front stance (Wen Ap Gubi) and execue a right middle punch (Momtong Jireugi).
9. Turn right 180° into a right back stance (Oreun Dwit Gubi) and execute a right single knifehand block (Hansonnal Momtong Yop-Makki).
10. Move right foot into right front stance (Oreun Ap Gubi) and execute a left middle punch (Momtong Jireugi).
11. Turn left 90° Move into a left short front stance Wen- Ap Seogi () and execute a right middle block (Momtong An-Makki).
12. Step forward into a right short front stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a left middle block (Momtong An Makki).
13. Turn left 90° left short front stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a left low block (Arae Makki). 14. Do a right front kick (Ap Chagi) and step down into a right front stance (Oreun Ap Gubi) and execute a middle double punch (Momtong Dubeon Jireugi).
15. Turn right 180° into a right short front stance (Oreun Ap Soegi) and execute a right low block (Arae Makki).
16. Do a left front kick (Ap Chagi) and step down into a left front stance (Wen Ap Gubi) and execute a middle double punch (Momtong Dubeon Jireugi).
17. Turn left 90° into a left short front stance (Wen- Ap Seogi) and execute a left low block (Arae-Makki) followed by a right middle punch (Momtong Bandae Jireugi).
18. Step forward into right short front stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a right low block (Arae-Makki) followed by a left middle punch (Momtong-Bandae-Jireugi).
19. Do a left front kick (Ap Chagi) and step down into a left short front stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a left low block (Arae-Makki) followed by a right middle punch (Momtong-Bandae-Jireugi).
