Jumbi
1. Turn left 90°into short left front stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a left low block (Wen Arae Makkii.)
2. Slide right foot forward into a long right front stance (Oreun Ap Gubi), execute a right middle punch (Momtong Jireugi).
3. Turn right 180° into a short right front stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a right low block (Arae Makkii).
4. Step forward into a long left front stance (Wen Ap Gubi) execute a left middle punch (Momtong Jireugi).
5. Turn left 90°into short left front stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a right middle block (Momtong An Makkii).
6. Step forward into short right front stance (Oreun Ap Soegi) and execute a left middle block (Momtong An Makkii).
7. Turn Left 90° into short left front stance (Wen Ap Soegi) and execute a left low block (Arae Makkii).
8. Do a right front kick ( Ap Chagi) and step down into right front stance (Oreun Ap Gubi) and execute a left face punch (Eolgool Jireugi)
9. Turn right 180° into short right stance (Oreun Ap Soegi) and execute a right low block (Arae Makkii)
10. Do a left front kick ( Ap Chagi) and step down into a left front stance (Wen Ap Gubi)and execute a right face punch (Eolgool Jireugi)
11. Turn left 90° into short left front stance (Wen Ap Soegi) and execute a left high block (Eolgool Makkii)
12. Step forward into short right front stance (Oreun Ap Seogi) and execute a right high block (Eolgool Makkii)
13. Turn left 270° to the left into left short front stance (Wen Ap Soegi) and execute a right middle block (Momtong An Makkii)
14. Turn left 180° to the right into right short front stance (Ap Soegi) and execute a left middle block (Momtong An Makkii)
15. Turn left 90° to the left into short left front stance (Wen Ap Seogi) and execute a left low block (Arae Makkii)
16. Do a right front kick (Ap Chagi) and step down into a right short front stance (Oreun Ap Soegi) and execute a right middle punch (Momtong Jireugi).
17. Do a left front kick (Ap Chagi) and step down into a left short front stance (Wen Ap Soegi)ng stance) and execute a left middle punch (Momtong Jireugi).
